🔁 Refund Policy

We value our clients’ trust and do our best to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of original artworks, refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • A refund may be requested only if the artwork:

    • Was damaged during delivery, or

    • Does not match the description provided on the website.

  • The customer must notify us of the issue within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

🖼 Exceptions

  • Original artworks and custom-made pieces are non-refundable if they match the description and arrive in good condition.

  • Minor color variations between screen displays and the actual artwork are not considered a valid reason for a refund.

🔧 Refund Procedure

  1. Please contact us via email at [your email], including your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. We will review your request within 5 business days.

  3. If the refund is approved, we will either:

    • Offer a replacement (if available), or

    • Issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

📭 Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, the artwork must be sent back in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of confirmed damage during transportation.
